Man wanted for drug, weapons violations in Berkeley County arrested

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – The man who Berkeley County deputies say was wanted for several drug offenses is now in police custody.

Dryl Burbage was arrested on Thursday, January 25.

He was wanted for trafficking meth, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, heroin and ecstasy, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a violent crime.

“After working multiple tips from around the region, Dyrl was located off of Picard Drive off of Ladson Road,” authorities say.

U.S. Marshals and the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office also assisted with the arrest.

Burbage is being held at the Hill Finklea Detention Center pending a bond hearing and warrant service.
