Authorities investigate hit and run on James Island

JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) — The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating following a hit and run involving a pedestrian.

Authorities say the incident happened on Sunday, January 7, at around 12:42 a.m. in the area of Camp Road and Mellichamp Drive.
