SOUTH KOREA (WJBF) – South Korea’s President says there will be no second war on the Korean Peninsula amid fears that heightened animosity could lead to real fighting.

President Moon Jae-in says he would consider sending an envoy to North Korea in an effort to jumpstart a diplomatic solution.

This comes after North Korea’s warning that it might send missiles into waters near Guam.
