A new spin on the July 4th hamburger

People are already starting to heat up the grills for the many Bar-b-ques this Independence Day weekend. Chef Adam Hodgson from 5 Church restaurant was in the News 2 studio with some new ideas for the traditional burger. These include, mixing 50/50 lamb and beef, including a honey mustard/ curry sauce, marmalade, and Gorgonzola cheese. Check out the video above for the details!
