NEWARK, N.J. (AP) – Police in New Jersey have arrested a man wanted for questioning in connection with a weekend knife attack that left two children and a woman dead.

Investigators say 26-year-old Jeremy Arrington was taken into custody late Sunday after barricading himself inside a Newark home.

Prosecutors say Arrington has not been charged in the stabbings, but was wanted on charges of sexual assault and aggravated assault for an unrelated incident on Oct. 9.
