CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — Tuesday the defense and prosecution were able to ask final questions of potential jurors.
Questions ranged from issues with Facebook posts, religion, and employment.
In the final round of jury selection, a list of 75 randomly selected jurors will be called. Between the lawyers, they get 33 strikes. In total there will be 12 jurors and six alternates.
In a hearing Tuesday, more questions came up about Feidin Santana, who shot video of part of the incident between Slager and Walter Scott. The defense team requested seven documents related to Santana including his financial records and fees obtained for the video.
Wilson says she will call him this week to testify.
