Folly Road now open following 3-car collision

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — Two lanes of Folly Road on James Island were blocked following a collision Tuesday afternoon, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say the three car collision near Bojangles forced both lanes of Folly Road toward SC 30 from Camp Road closed.

At 4:37 p.m., authorities announced the road reopened. No word on what caused the incident to occur.
