MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) — A curfew will in place statewide for all sex offenders this Halloween.
The curfew for those offenders who are out on probation or parole starts at 5:30 p.m. and will last until 9 Monday night.
Sex offenders have been notified that lights outside their homes must stay off during trick-or-treating. They are also not allowed to hand out candy nor take part in any Halloween activities.
