Disaster recovery centers open in Summerville, Kingstree following Matthew

FEMA Helpline Can Answer Many Questions for Flood Survivors

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) — Disaster recovery centers are now open in Summerville and Kingstree to help you with damages and losses from Hurricane Matthew.

Centers in Dorchester and Williamsburg Counties will be open Monday through Saturday until further notice.

Representatives from the South Carolina Emergency Management Division, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the U.S. Small Business Administration along with other public and private agencies will be there to explain disaster assistance programs and help victims with applications for aid.
