CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — Charleston County Mosquito Control is planning to conduct aerial spraying throughout the county.
Mosquito spraying is scheduled in McClellanville on Monday, October 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If the weather does not permit, it will be postponed until Tuesday night.
Aerial spraying for standing water is set to take place between Tuesday, October 25 and Monday, October 31, between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. According to a press release from the Charleston County Mosquito Control, these operations target sites with standing water in open spaces but will require flight over populated areas.
