President Obama addresses nation over Hurricane Matthew


As Hurricane Matthew churns towards the Lowcountry President Obama addressed concerns over the storm.

President Obama says he has been monitoring the storm with FEMA Director, Craig Fugate.

He says the biggest concern is not only strong winds but storm surge.

The President is urging people to follow instructions set in place by local officials by evacuating as soon as possible.

He thanked all governors for their leaders, who are effected by the storm.
