Children’s costumes receive backlash for being too provocative

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WCBD)— Halloween is less than a month away, and parents are searching for cute costumes for their children.

Some infant and children costumes on store shelves offered are raising concerns and are being criticized.

These costumes are getting backlash on social media after parents say they’re too sexy or inappropriate.

Other costumes listed in the report include a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, a “darling devil,” a baby Whoopie Cushion and “The Toddler Clown.”
