SLED, Berkeley Co. officials investigate graffiti that says “Kill Slager”


BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and Berkeley County officials are investigating to find who is responsible for graffiti on a building that says “Kill Slager.”

The message was spray painted on a building at Highway 176 and Cooper Store Road in Moncks Corner.

Michael Slager is the former North Charleston Police officer, charged with the murder of Walter Scott. Slager’s lawyer Andy Savage sent News 2 the picture.

Slager’s trial is set to begin October 31.
