NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — The North Charleston Police Department is searching for two men in connection with a deadly shooting on Hassell Avenue.

Maurice Dionne Washington and Randall Myers, both 25, are charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.

On Friday, September 23 at about 11:23 p.m., North Charleston Police responded to 4658 Hassell Avenue in reference to shots fired and a victim down on the ground.

Officers arrived to find Chad Bradley, 33, of Goose Creek, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told investigators that Washington and Myers were shooting from a black SUV. Near the incident location, officers found a black unoccupied Lincoln Navigator that recently collided with an electrical pole and matched the description given by witnesses, according to an affidavit.

A forensic examination on Lincoln Navigator revealed both Washington and Myers fingerprints on the vehicle. We’re told a cell phone recovered during the investigation of the vehicle had a phone number used by Myers and also contained photos of him, the affidavit added.

Both men were identified from a photo line-up.

If you have any information on where either man may be, contact your local law enforcement division or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
