DANIEL ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) — Grammy nominated Rock and Roll band Needtobreathe will play in their hometown of Charleston on Tuesday, September 27.

Needtobreathe was formed in 2001 by brothers Bear and Bo Rinehart and their childhood friend, Seth Bolt. Josh Lovelace later joined the group.

Right now, the band is touring across America with three other bands including Mat Kearney, John Mark McMillan and Welshly Arms for “2016 Tour De Compadres.” It’s been a busy summer for the South Carolina based band who released their sixth studio album “Hard Love” in July.

Since then, Needtobreathe has appeared on the Today show, Conan, and sold out the iconic Red Rocks amphitheater in Colorado.

Tuesday’s concert at the Volvo Car Stadium in Daniel Island marks the last show for leg one of the tour. After a short break, the tour continues through November, with one of its final shows in Greenville, South Carolina.
