Missing 2-year-old girl located in Sharpsburg

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) – A missing two-year-old girl has been located safe and unharmed in Sharpsburg.

Rocky Mount Police said officers from the Sharpsburg Police Department and deputies from the Nash County Sheriff’s Office located N’eveah A’mirah Richardson in in an abandoned vehicle on Queen Street in Sharpsburg around 10 a.m.

They’ve not yet located the suspect that abducted the girl.

Rocky Mount Police say there is one, unknown abductor, described as a black male. The suspect is bald and wearing a white t-shirt. Richardson was last seen on Nashville Road in Rocky Mount. The suspected vehicle is a Green 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor with NC license tag number PCD-9688. The SUV has a spare tire doughnut on the left front tire and a Live,Love,Laugh sticker on the back of the vehicle.
