Man arrested, facing charges for chop shop in Georgetown Co.

ANDREWS, S.C. (WCBD) — One man has been arrested, following an investigation of several stolen motorcycles in Georgetown County.

Back on August 4, Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to South Beech Avenue in Andrews, regarding the recovery of several stolen motorcycles, ATVs, motorcycle parts and other accessories.

Javon Latroy Cuyler Cumberr, 25, of Andrews has been charged with receiving stolen goods, chop shop attempted violation and altered property act. Cumbee was taken into custody and transported to the Georgetown County Detention Center.
