COLUMBIA, S.C. – Grammy nominated singer, Aloe Blacc has been selected as Rachel Platten’s replacement to kickoff the South Carolina State Fair concert.
Platten canceled her appearance two weeks after fair officials announced the concert lineup due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
