TODAY’S DOWNLOAD (WCBD) — Ellen DeGeneres is facing criticism, after she tweeted a photoshopped picture of her and Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt. The picture shows her riding on the Jamaican runner’s back during the race.

By Wednesday morning, the tweet was favorited 86,00 times and retweed 35,000 times, including by Usain Bolt himself.

After receiving a flood of negative feedback, DeGeneres posted another tweet saying “I am highly aware of the racism that exists in our country. It is the furthest thing from how I am.”

Zac Efron paid a surprise visit to the U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team, also known as the Final Five. The girls were ecstatic about his surprise visit, and long-time Efron fan Simone Biles posted several pictures of the two’s interaction.

But the girls weren’t the only fans in the room. Efron admitted he was nervous upon walking in the room. He posted a picture on Twitter saying his Olympic dream came true.

Amy Tinkler, 16, is the youngest athlete for team Great Britain. On Tuesday night she won bronze in the Women’s Gymnastics Floor Routine. Now, people are tweeting funny comparisons about when they were 16 years old.
