(NBCOlympics.com) — Michael Phelps broadcast for nearly an hour on Facebook live before his last race ever, the 4x100m medley relay, set for approximately 10:04 p.m. ET on Saturday night.

Phelps showed fans around his room in the Athletes’ Village and showed his room’s “strong” medal count. David Plummer, Ryan Lochte, Phelps, Jimmy Feigen, Chase Kalisz and Conor Dwyer combined for seven golds, two silvers and two bronzes. Their caps were taped to the wall, though there was no sight of the famous “ripped cap.”

“Go for 30 medals in Tokyo? I don’t think so boys and girls; this is over. This is it,” Phelps said in response to a comment. Phelps also called out another fan for saying Phelps and Lochte are old, instead preferring to say that both of them are at a “mature age.”
