Ameris Bank to sponsor 2016 Corn Maze at Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Ameris Bank and Boone Hall Plantation both embrace a philosophy that is all about commitment and community service. Now they are joining hands to put that principle on display in a large way…literally.

The giant 8-acre corn maze featured each year at the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch is one of the largest in the Southeastern United States and Ameris Bank is proud to sponsor the 2016 design for this huge Lowcountry fall favorite event.

Boone Hall Plantation Owner Willie McRae stated, “We are grateful for partners like Ameris Bank, who help make our special events for the community possible.”

A ribbon cutting ceremony and a press preview flyover of the Ameris Bank Corn Maze will take place on Thursday Sept. 29, 2016 at 3 p.m. Entrance to the corn maze is behind the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch which is located across from 2330 Hwy. 17 North – Mt. Pleasant, S.C. 29466.

Ameris Bank officials and VIP’s will join Boone Hall owner Willie McRae in a brief ribbon cutting ceremony for the Ameris Bank Corn Maze. After the ribbon cutting, a helicopter will be available for media and VIP’s to flyover the maze for aerial photos and videography. Media and guests in attendance will also be able to take a sneak peek at the Kid Friendly Monster Hayride that will be part of the 2016 Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch as well.
