Reward offered for man accused of killing wife at Ft. Bragg

(WSPA) – A man with ties to South Carolina is wanted by the FBI for the murder of his wife on the Fort Bragg Army Base.

The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the capture of 27-year-old Jason Armstrong, Jr.

The FBI says Armstrong is wanted for killing his wife, Iris Armstrong, inside their home on the base in Fayetteville, North Carolina on July 1.

Just after the murder, Armstrong was seen on surveillance video using his wife’s debit card.

According to the FBI, Armstrong has ties to Columbia, SC in addition to several other cities in the southern US.

If you have any information on the location of Armstrong or if you see him, you are asked to call 911 or your local FBI office.
