More than 1,000 people without power after storms in Williamsburg, Georgetown Counties

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — According to Duke Energy’s Online Outage Map, there are several power outages in the Williamsburg and Georgetown County areas.

As of 3:58 p.m. Friday, the website shows 928 customers are without power in Williamsburg County with an estimated restoration of 6:15 p.m.

Duke Energy also reports 345 customers in Georgetown County experiencing power outages, the website says power should be restored there in thirty minutes.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol also reports several trees in the road in both area.
