Two years since teen’s death at Moncks Corner block party

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) — Tuesday marks two years since the shooting death of Ariel Morgan at a block party in Moncks Corner.

Over the weekend, the community came together at Berkeley County High School to celebrate Morgan’s life all while raising awareness on gun violence.

There is an $11,000 reward for anyone with information leading to the arrest of whoever is responsible.

Morgan was killed during a graduation party in the Longridge community in Berkeley County on June 7, 2014, when shots were fired into a crowd of hundreds.
