Missing Horry Co. teen may be in Charleston area with man pretending to be Uncle

Crime Stoppers of the Lowcountry and the Horry County Police Department need your help in finding a runaway teen who may in the Charleston area with a 24-year-old man, pretending to be her Uncle.

On May 2, 2016, Officers were alerted that 15-year-old girl, Jessica Calles, was not at school as expected and had, in fact, ran away from home with a 24-year-old man. Horry County Police Detectives investigated and discovered that Javier Robles Ramirez, pretending to be her uncle, signed the 15 year old out of school that morning and two are believed to have fled together. Officials say the runaway teen may be in the Charleston area and could possibly be in a red 1999 4-door BMW with SC Tag LGK823 operated by Javier Robles Ramirez.

Detectives obtained warrants charging Javier Robles Ramirez with Criminal Sexual Conduct and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Jessica Calles, is described as 5 ft. 1 in. tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, and Robles Ramirez is described as 5 ft. 5 in. tall, weighing 155 lbs., with dark hair. Anyone with information on their whereabouts are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111 or www.5541111.com. Anyone with information could earn up to $1,000 in rewards.
