GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) – Prosecutors say a Greenville strip club that promised no more nudity or simulated sex acts in an agreement to stay open is violating terms of the deal.

Solicitor Walt Wilkins filed a complaint this week against the Platinum Plus strip club, saying two undercover officers saw dancers breaking terms of the agreement when they visited in March and April.

A judge closed Platinum Plus last May, calling it a public nuisance. The club and authorities reached an agreement to reopen seven months later with the new rules and a deal to provide authorities with video camera footage when requested.

Wilkins says Platinum Plus also intentionally started using dancers in areas the camera cannot see after investigators complained about the coverage.
