Lock-down lifted at Fort Dorchester High following phone threats

Officials with Dorchester District 2 say that Fort Dorchester High School was put on a lock-down on Wednesday morning after the school received several telephone threats. North Charleston Police Department responded and investigated the threats.

Approximately an hour and a half later, the lock-down was lifted.

Police continue to investigate the threats and there is an increased police presence on campus as a precaution.
