Singing Mayor Summey is back! Parking Alert issued for Garth Brooks concerts

A Parking Alert has been issued for four Garth Brooks concerts happening Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14 at the North Charleston Coliseum.

To join in on the excitement of the show, but also create some awareness and urge concert goers to carpool and look into the parking arrangements, North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey posted a video of his best Garth Brooks impression and sang a little bit of “Friends in Low Places.”

In the video he says, there will be one concert coming after another so the city needs your help to make sure everyone has a great night.
