Bond court issues Hall a $2,000 PR bond.
Officials says Gayle Hall, of North Charleston, turned herself in to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office on Friday morning at 5:00 a.m.
Hall is charged with 1 count of ill treatment of animals. She is currently held at the Al Cannon Detention Center. Her bond hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
On December 27, 2015, deputies discovered animals living in improper conditions.
According to the affidavit, there were multiple rabbits and cats in enclosures that had litter boxes over flowing with feces without clean water or food.
Deputies say the area was not properly ventilated and a strong odor was detectable several feet from the building and the property was in general disarray.
