Warriors winning streak ends at 24 in a loss to Milwaukee Bucks

(KRON)  The Warriors winning streak ends at 24. Golden State lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 108-95. Saturday night’s game was the last of a 7 game road trip.

The Warriors trailed most of the game. The Bucks controlled the game from the start. The Warriors committed 16 turn overs.

Steph Curry was the leading scorer with 28 points.

The 24-0 start to a season is an NBA record.

Friday night the Warriors needed double overtime to beat the Boston Celtics 124-119.

The Warriors play the Suns on Wednesday at home.

 


 

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Golden State guard Klay Thompson will return to the lineup with the Warriors putting their perfect record on the line against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Thompson missed Friday’s game in Boston after spraining his right ankle on Tuesday against Indiana.

The 24-0 Warriors did not have a shootaround Saturday after winning in double overtime over the Celtics on Friday. Thompson tested his ankle prior to the game and was given the go-ahead to play.

Golden State will be without forward Harrison Barnes, who will miss his eighth consecutive game with a sprained left ankle.
