Man steals Christmas trees being sold by Ohio Boy Scout troop

COSHOCTON, Ohio (WCMH) – Deputies say a man stole two Christmas trees that were being sold by a Boy Scout troop. Now, investigators hope that someone can identify the suspect.

It happened on around 6 a.m. on November 27 at the Buehler’s Fresh Foods at 830 South 2nd Street in Coshocton.

Security video shows a man removing two trees from the store’s parking lot.

The trees were being sold at Buehler’s by the local Boy Scout troop.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office at 740-622-2411.
