NORTH CHARLESTON, SC — North Charleston Police say Antoine Miller, 16, will be charged as an adult in a sexual assault case involving a female victim who bit off his tongue.
The 33-year-old victim told investigators at 6:30am Friday, she heard a knock at her door and when she opened it, no one was there. A second knock turned into a ringing doorbell, then the victim walked outside on her porch, she saw the teen holding a knife against his chest.
The incident report goes on to say the victim ran back into the home where Miller, forced himself inside,locked the door, tackled her to the floor, and punched her in the face.
The victim says Miller picked her up over his shoulder and took her to a bedroom. When he started forcing himself on her, she said she “bit his tongue as hard as she could until she heard it snap.”
She was able to get away and call police. Police found Miller thanks to his mother. She called 911 because he didn’t have a tongue and needed medical attention. He was taken to Trident Hospital, where he was released later that day.
Miller is facing a number of charges including Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st ,Assault 1st, Burglary 1st, Possession of a Weapon during a violent Crime and Kidnapping 1st.
Miller admitted to the charges. A judge denied him bond
