P.F. Changs Wants to Fight Breast Cancer, One Taco or Selfie at a Time

You’re Invited: Breast Cancer Awareness Month Kickoff Event at P.F. Changs on September 30th

What: This October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, P.F. Chang’s is continuing its support in the fight against breast cancer by kicking off a campaign to raise awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society (ACS)

In a show of nationwide support for the cause, each P.F. Chang’s location in the continental U.S. will host a kick off event, inviting the community to participate in adorning the restaurant’s iconic Warrior Horses with a bright pink, ribbon-shaped floral wreath in recognition of those who have been impacted by the disease. Attendees will also receive a small pink ribbon that can be dedicated to someone impacted by the disease and added to the ribbon of hope in the restaurant. Complimentary Jicama Street Tacos will be provided.

How to Donate: “Try a Taco, Take a Pic”

From October 1st through October 31st, diners can join the fight against breast cancer and help P.F. Chang’s reach its goal of donating $100,000 to the American Cancer Society by triggering a $1 donation via the following actions

1) Purchase of the Jicama Street Tacos at any U.S. P.F. Chang’s location,
2) Share a picture in front of the P.F. Changs Warrior Horses on twitter or instagram with #PFChangsPINK, or upload a photo directly on the tab on the P.F. Changs Facebook page. Each shared picture will become part of a digital photo mosaic on pf changs website, signifying someone who has a horse in the race against breast cancer.

Where: Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, 1885 N Hwy 17, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464

When: Wednesday, September 30th from 4-5 pm
