All “Pinewood Remembers” festivities, previously slated for this Friday, will take place at the home Varsity Football game against Ben Lippen School on Friday, September 18.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this unforeseen development may cause.
Previously Pinewood Preparatory School planned to commemorate the anniversary of 9/11 and honor first responders at its home Varsity Football opener against Palmetto Christian Academy Friday.
They had planned a pregame performance of patriotic songs by Pinewood’s Upper School Choir, a coin toss with local first responders, and a special halftime show by Pinewood’s Varsity, Junior Varsity, B-Team, and Cubs Cheerleaders.
Pinewood fans will wear limited edition “Pinewood Remembers” t-shirts created especially for this game which has now been moved to Friday, September 18.
