North Charleston man wanted for burglary and fraud arrested

GOOSE CREEK, SC – Earl Johnson Jr., suspected of renting out foreclosed homes he did not own, has been arrested in Berkeley County.

Earl Johnson Jr. was wanted by the Goose Creek Police Department for burglary.  Johnson Jr. was renting out foreclosed houses to which he has no legal rights.

Johnson Jr. was fraudulently collecting rent from tenants in those homes.

In the Goose Creek area, Johnson Jr. has been using the company name of Eagle’s Nest Foundation Trust to fraudulently rent out homes.
