Arabic Nashville billboard aims to convert Muslims to Christianity

The billboard says “Where will you go after death? Is there forgiveness to your sins and bad deeds?” before quoting a Christian bible verse.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) –  A billboard in Antioch written in Arabic seeks to convert Muslims to Christianity.

The billboard says “Where will you go after death? Is there forgiveness to your sins and bad deeds?” before quoting a Christian bible verse.

MTSU Professor Saleh Sbenaty translated the billboard for News 2 and said the message is very clear. He said the billboard is aiming to convert Muslims to Christianity.

“It’s targeting the youth, in particular. Somebody who is vulnerable and doesn’t speak the language,” said Sbenaty, adding “It’s part of free speech and free religion in this country.”

News 2 is working on finding out who is behind the billboard, but no one has claimed ownership at this time.
