The “Flag For Hope” humanitarian project visits select county parks in Charleston on July 28.
Stop by the Folly Beach fishing pier from 12-2 p.m. or the James Island County Park (outside Splash Zone waterpark) from 4-6 p.m. to leave your hand print on a flag canvas.
Park admission fees may still apply.
The Flag For Hope is a worldwide social movement and humanitarian project by artist Marcos Antonio that will end its tour on Sept. 11 in New York City.
The canvas is expected to tour through 60 US cities.
