Sertoma Football Classic signals the beginning of high school football season

The 45th Annual Sertoma Football Classic marks the beginning of the high school football season in the Lowcountry.

The 2 day jamboree added 8-man teams and powder puff games for girls in 2015.  The event has been moved up one week to allow teams to compete in the Sertoma Classic and Week Zero games as well.

On Thursday July 16 The North Charleston Riverfront Park will host the Annual C.T. Lowndes & Company Sertoma Classic Cheerleader Party.  Where cheerleading teams from participating high schools receive their tickets for the 2015 Sertoma Football Classic.  Cheerleading teams are the main ticket sales outlets for this annual high school football tradition.  The event will run from 4-6 p.m.

The the 45th Annual Sertoma Classic will be held at Johnson Hagood Stadium on Thursday, August 13 and August 14, 2015. Tickets are $12. Powder Puff teams will also be in attendance.
